Return, Refund and Cancellation policy

1. Return Policy

We aim to deliver genuine medicines and healthcare products in perfect condition and on time. However, we understand that returns may be required in certain cases. Below is our return policy:

1.1 Return Window

  1. General Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is no longer required, is damaged, incorrect, or nearing expiry.
  2. Doctor Prescription Changes: If your doctor changes your prescription, you may request a return within 15 days from the delivery date.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: Returns for damaged or incorrect items must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

1.2 Conditions for Returns

Products will be accepted for return only if they meet the following conditions:

  1. The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  2. The product has a valid invoice and all original labels intact.
  3. No returns are allowed for temperature-controlled products (e.g., insulin, vaccines) or products marked as non-returnable.

1.3 How to Request a Return

  1. Use the Return Option in the app.
  2. Provide the reason for return and any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).

1.4 Non-Returnable Products

  1. Opened or tampered with packages.
  2. Products are explicitly marked as non-returnable.
  3. Temperature-controlled items or hygiene-sensitive products.



2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched or refuse delivery at the doorstep.

2.1 How to Cancel

  1. Cancel directly through the My Orders section in the app.
  2. Contact our Customer Support if the option is unavailable.

2.2 Cancellation Scenarios

  1. Before Dispatch: Full refund to your wallet.
  2. At Delivery: If you refuse delivery, the refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

2.3 Exceptions

  1. Orders for non-returnable products cannot be cancelled after dispatch.



3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to your in-app wallet, which can be used for future orders.

3.1 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  1. For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed to your wallet within 24-48 hours.

3.2 Refund for Returned Products

  1. After successful return verification, refunds will be credited to your wallet within 3-5 business days.

3.3 Refund for Failed Delivery

  1. In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or other issues, refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to your wallet.

3.4 Refund Timelines

  1. All refunds will reflect in your wallet for seamless usage in future orders.



4. Terms and Conditions

  1. Ensure that return requests are placed within the specified timeframes.
  2. Refunds will only be processed after thorough verification of returned products.
  3. Any fraudulent activity, such as returning incorrect items, will result in a refund rejection and further action.

5. Shipping Policy

The product will be delivered as per the selected shipping method. Usually, products get delivered in 2-3 business days, but it may take longer for remote locations or if the person is not available at the location to receive the product.
