Request Account Deletion

We’re sorry to see you go. If you’d like to delete your Sarv Manglam account and personal data, you’re in the right place.

Your privacy is important to us. Deleting your account will permanently remove your personal information, order history, and saved preferences from our system—with exceptions where data must be retained under government regulations.

🔒 What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

1. Your Sarv Manglam account will be permanently deleted.
2. All personal data, such as your name, contact details, and general order history, will be removed from our active systems.
3. However, records related to the purchase of medicines that require mandatory retention under Indian government laws (e.g., Schedule H/H1 drugs) will be securely archived as per legal and regulatory requirements.
4. You won’t be able to log in or recover your account after deletion.
5. Any unprocessed orders will be canceled.

📝 How to Request Account Deletion

Please email us at support@sarvmanglam.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

1. Your full name
2. Registered phone number or email
3. Reason for Account Deletion (Optional)

We will process your request within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Important Notes

1. Make sure there are no active or pending orders before requesting deletion.
2. If you have any wallet balance or promotional credits, they will be forfeited upon deletion.
3. Legally mandated order records (especially those involving prescription or controlled medicines) will be retained securely and separately from your deleted account, as required by Indian laws.
