2.2 Parents or guardians may upload prescription information and place orders for minors under 18 years of age.
2.3 We reserve the right to terminate accounts created by individuals under the age of 18.

3.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3.3 Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our customer service immediately.
4.1 The app is designed for personal use only. Commercial resale of medicines or products purchased through the app is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Users must upload valid prescriptions for regulated medicines as required by law.
4.3 Users agree not to use the app for any unlawful activities.
5.1 Substitution of Medicines: Our platform solely facilitates the suggestion of medicines with similar compositions as prescribed by your doctor. We do not prescribe or recommend additional medications for your illness or medical condition.
5.2 Responsibility for Side Effects: The buyer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for understanding the potential side effects of any medication. It is strongly recommended that the buyer consult their prescribing doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before consuming any medication.
5.3 Limitation of Liability: We are committed to providing the best quality medicines from leading manufacturers in the country. However, in the event of any issues related to side effects or other concerns, our platform, as a selling service, shall not be held responsible for the performance or efficacy of the medicine.
6.1 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
6.1 (A). We make every effort to maintain updated inventory information and fulfill all placed orders. However, we do not guarantee the availability of any product at all times. The availability of products is subject to stock levels and may change without prior notice. We shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from the unavailability, discontinuation, or stock-out of any product, whether before or after the order has been placed.

6.4 Buyer’s Responsibility Upon Delivery: Buyers are required to carefully check and confirm the medicines upon delivery to ensure that the correct items, quantities, and conditions are met as per their order. Any discrepancies, such as incorrect medicines, damaged products, or missing items, must be reported to our platform immediately. Failure to inspect and report issues at the time of delivery will be deemed as acceptance of the goods in their delivered condition.
7.1 The app supports multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments.
7.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price at the time of order placement will apply.
7.3 All transactions must be completed through the app. Cash-on-delivery (if applicable) must be paid directly to the delivery executive.
8.1 Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery for eligible products or 30 days if the prescription changes.
8.2 Non-returnable items include temperature-controlled products (e.g., insulin, injections) and undergarments.
8.3 Refunds for returns will be processed to the wallet within 5-7 working days or to the original payment method upon request (subject to eligibility).
8.4 Orders can be canceled before dispatch, either through the app or by rejecting the delivery at the doorstep.
